Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Es kann nicht sein, dass in Zeiten, in denen Nachhaltigkeit eine große Rolle spielt, das Wasser lange laufen muss, bevor es warm wird.
Das Personal im Restaurant und im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

+ Studio was clean and comfortable
+ also wellness area was excellent
- first three days disturbing renovation work next door (even on Sunday!). On Monday the work started before 7AM! Not relaxing at all!
- coffee machine didn‘t work properly (reported during check-off)
- end invoice was incorrect (pet fee was set incorrectly 30€/day)
- petfee 15€/day (altogether 105€!) is too high since there are no services for pets and anyway pets are not allowed in other buildings. I don‘t understand the rational for 105€ petfee.
