Overall it was good but there were some missing things. You did not have necessary spa staff in spa area. When I with my family went for spa in your hotel I could not find anybody to ask smth, for example slippers, robes and towels, I had to go up and ask reception who was busy with customers for check in and waited so long in cold area in order to take just towels. these spa staff should be in spa area or in the wardrobes at least. i could not find slippers in the room either. food was good but not enough because every time when my kids wanted fruity yogurt cups in the ban they were finished. the view, the place and nature was brilliant.

Рекомендую, шикарный отель с видом на озеро, в этом месте виды завораживают и летом и зимой. СЕРВИС 5* , номера чистые, есть зона для детей, бассейн с отлиной теплой водой, сауны, хамам, бесплатный паркинг. Ресторан с красивыми видами и вкусной рыбой ))) Спасибо за прекрасную Рождественскую атмосферу. В округе 30 минут очень много достопримечательностей так как Гальштат, подъемники, озера.

Hello! 1. I would not call the layout of the complex as a whole successful. It's very dense. The paths between the buildings are located directly under the windows. It's not comfortable for everyone. There are shortcomings in the structures of the buildings themselves. It's raining on the balcony, and there's no elevator. There is no information on the absence of a lake view on the RCI website. 2. There are no trolleys for baggage delivery. Assistance in this is not offered to the elderly. 3. The entire nearby parking lot may be occupied by conference guests. It is not convenient for hotel guests. Especially the elderly. A reservation would be nice. 4. A separate question about the unexpected closure of the pool for two months for RCI customers. If the lack of compensation, discounts, and bonuses is the norm of business here, then we accept it as it is. 5. Rooms for RCI clients usually have everything for self-cleaning. In addition, even in the absence of a kitchen, there is a microwave oven. Neither one nor the other is here. Although the kitchen and dishes are fine.
