Room is very clean, even a bit dated, but overall is comfortable. Some ants in the bathroom which could be improved.
TWO THUMBS UP for Front desk- Elisabeth, she is the best, super helpful, cheerful, and with decent smile greeting upon arrival. Definitely asset of the hotel, and another team leader at the Front Desk (Alex? Sorry i forgot if it's Alex or not) was very helpful and extend flexibility for me and offered me to use the meeting room as I had an important meeting at a time after check out time. SUPERB to you both!

It is a fantastic and excellent hotel, their service is good, remember to bring swim costume for enjoy spa and nice swimming pool. Both swimming pool and restaurant can enjoy the fascinating scenary of Grundlsee lake.

We are Hilton Grand Vacation owners that converted some points to RCI points during the extreme covid lockdowns in Canada. Luckily for us we did and we were able to book Mondi Grundlsee for 1 week of a 9 week European trip. We chose this location for resting/hiking and as a base location to visit Salzburg once and Hallstatt twice. The resort is beautiful and the apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a romantic cottage feel. The view of the lake with the sun rising over the mountains in the morning is beautiful! The restaurant has a superb breakfast buffet, excellent dinner menu and a large balcony with a view of the lake. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this resort.
