Guests arriving from Frankfurt Airport, or Main Train Station, can take public transit to S-Bahn OstendStr station. The hotel is in a transitional neighborhood, but close to River Main and walkable to popular Sachsenhausen.
The hotel stated they have updated rooms, however, my floor and room were not. I was informed I didn't pay for the upgrade. The room was comfortable, clean, good internet service, TV wasn't working. One evening, couldn't access room because batteries didn't work, had to be changed on room door.
I have given a "Good Rating" overall, however! A major safety concern is Hallway lights turn off at night. They do not turn on automatically by guest movement. That included Stairway and Exit sign. There are Hallway light switches, but what guest would know this during an emergency? I informed Hotel Management of this major issue. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
