Overall very good and cozy room but the occational noise from the street (i.e. ambulance traffic to a nearby hospital) during night time disturbed me a bit. However, the breakfast was excellent.

Very good location and amazing bathtub in the room. The stuff was polite, kind and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The room (6th floor business) was spacious, clean and modern. Instructions sent by the hotel on how to reach were most helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location (walking to old town) and transport links were great. Extra coffee/tea and complementary water in room was appreciated. Nice option for guests to request not to clean the room. Cooling in the room was wonderful.
