1) Shampoo bottle was empty. Unacceptable for a single day stay, especially considering the fact that we were allowed to check-in before 15:00. I accepted this but was expecting to have my room prepared. 2) I reserved a twin room. Twin room means the guests might require privacy. And showers has no privacy, plus you have to put efforts to not make the whole bath wet because there is no door.
