Nice clean room but no tea making facilities and breakfast grossly overpriced

I've already been here 2 years ago and I've had a very pleasant stay. This time I came because of the Ironman. The hotel is in a great location: near the center and close to the race venue. The room was large, very clean with many useful comforts. The breakfast buffet is excellent: sweet and salty food.
My stay was good, the bed was comfortable and I wished for more space for the balcony and some chairs. The bathroom design does not serve all tastes and does not provide privacy. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is wonderful, especially Mr. Maxi. Thank you to him.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, especially after a long international flight. Breakfast was excellent. I was initially worried about the area hotel was located, but it was very good, close to everything.
