Nice rooms and breakfast, front desk helpful and nice, nice spa area. We went to the restaurant saturday night when we arrived, and was met of a rude waitor, which rejected our wish for a meal. We had not ordered supper, and asked for any options for food. She was rude and had a really bad behaviour, almost shouting to us in german and italian, that we where idiots and should have ordered in advance ( we understand bot german and italian very well) really rude - so we just walked away. This was not how to meet guests

I have stayed at this Hotel several times. It has improved services meantime, and I will happily stay again.
This was the latest visit to your Hotel. I found the facilities much improved with the Swimmingpool, Sauna and other options.
Great they could be so essily accessrd from Hotel and Lift.
