This is a lovely hotel situated on a bus line so its very accessible to the centre of town. We liked the small village around the hotel which has all the amenities. Buses are frequent. The hotel has friendly staff, a beautiful spa area, nice grounds and good rooms. Breakfast was very nice too.
My stay at your hotel was wonderful. Many thanks also to your chef. I have never had better ossobuco!
Overall a pleasant hotel, decently clean and maintained. Breakfaat was decent as well. However, some parts, toilet bowl, for example require more attention during cleaning between the guest.
We had a great time at Hotel Kolping. It was a real pleasure staying there and all the staff were very helpful. From the managers to the cleaners.
Just two suggestions: If possible to extend the time for the use of the jacuzzi, it was very difficult to find time to relax at the jacuzzi since from 3 to 8 we would normally be out sightseeing and then we have to be seated for dinner. Would have loved to go use it after dinner - maybe extend the time till 10pm.
The other is that cleaners should be more careful when cleaning, all items should be looked into, like cups, glasses and also shower gels should be filled up when finished. I find it very difficult to have to ask the staff to take care of such things.
But otherwise it was a fantastic stay with excellent and delicious food.
