What a wonderful week we had at Hotel Sportalm in the Pitztal! From the very first moment, you can feel that this is a place run with heart and soul by the family themselves. It’s truly special to see grandfather is still around, while the granddaughter keeps a close and caring eye on everything.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious and stylish rooms that instantly make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, without ever being over the top – just genuine, thoughtful hospitality.
The wellness area is a real highlight: a lovely pool and the perfect place to fully relax and unwind.
And the food… absolutely delicious! We’ve experienced quite a lot, but this truly exceeded our expectations. Every dish was carefully prepared and full of flavor.
In short: a place where everything feels just right. It was perfect for some quality time without our kids.
We came to Pitztal for a ski race training with Benni Raich and that's how we discovered Sportalm. We had a truly great stay at the hotel! Nice rooms, excellent food and top sports/wellness facilities. We'll be back!

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While I truly appreciated the generally friendly attitude of the staff and the wonderful dishes served in the restaurant, I must admit that the room did not meet my expectations.
When booking a superior room, I anticipated a higher standard based on the photos and description provided on booking.com. Unfortunately, the room I was given was very dark, with hardly any natural sunlight, furnished with older furniture, and had a very small balcony without even a single chair. Since I had understood that the property had been recently renovated, this was disappointing. Comparing my room to neighboring ones, I could not help but feel that I had been given less favorable conditions.
I also experienced some inconvenience during dinner, as on two consecutive evenings no waiter approached our table to ask if we wished to order anything further, despite our clear attempts to signal this.
On a positive note, I was satisfied with the pool area, although access from my room was somewhat inconvenient.
I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the experience for future guests.
