1. Reservation cancellation should be made sensible.
2. Self-service laundry needs to be provided.
We love your hotel and been visiting 1-2 times per year since about 10 years. Lovely breakfast and perfect for dinner. The reason for not full score this time was that we first got a bad room. After complaining we got a much better room. Just pity that we didnt get that from beginning and then we was missing things like toiletpaper and so on.
