I was expecting to have simple slippers, there should be!
The people are very friendly and the entire building is very clean.
A beautiful hotel with modern and comfortable rooms in a quiet area, perfectly located close to the outlet district of Reiderich. The staff and team provided a very warm and friendly welcome with outstanding customer service. Having stayed for only one night for business, the breakfast provided was very comprehensive and the catering staff were very amiable and helpful. This is our Swabian hotel of choice when visiting our customers from our offices in London. We very much look forward to returning in February for further meetings. Hotel and staff were nice. Policy of charging for first night though I notified you as soon as i knew my connecting flight was canceled; early the morning of: well that is not nice.
I have stayed at the hotel for 18 nights and everyone working was very helpful, welcoming and helpful and made my stay a very memorable.
The room was always clean, the breakfast always full of varieties and I could not ask for anything else as it was very nice experience.
