The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom facilities were inviting, shower very large. We had access to a private terrace from our room.
The service was terrible. The booked room not available without extra fees. The check in personnel was rude and aggressive. Also the room was 27C at arrival and almost impossible to cool down! I got sick after staying with you!
Breakfast is by far the best from all other hotels in the area. The renovated rooms are smaller, but nicer. Love that you can choose between have dinner at the restaurant or the bar.
Every year on our way to Austria we stay in Schwanen. Goods restaurant, close to outlet shopping, parkinggarage and nice and clean rooms.
I've been staying at the hotel many times for business over the past 1.5yrs and it feels like 'home away from home'. The team is so friendly and attentive; it's like a warm blanket every time I'm coming back to stay.
