Next time gladly with a later check in than the last time, because the check in time stated on booking (which we assume you've made your reservation on) is very general and if our guests contact us via booking, telling us they're going to check in later than we expect, we always respond positively, that the requested check in time is accepted and on top of that often make sure, our kitchen is informed and ready to fix up another plate in case our guest still wants to eat even though its later than usual. We appreciate that you filled out our questionnaire and noticed your comment towards how there is no explanation on "how to open the shell out side of the window". We can not quite understand what you mean by this and we'd appreciate further explanation. The feedback from our guests very important to us and help us better the quality of our house and potentially our service.
