We all enjoyed the food and facilities especially the Spa.
However we all commented on the same thing in our rooms that the towels were especially small and very rough on your skin. Not something we have noticed in other hotels we have stayed in locally.

During the morning (between 7:30-800) there is quite a bit of noise of trucks loading and unloading.
A great and positive experience. Especially enjoyed we the staff, and we will gladly remember Tamas, from the reception, Daniel in the restaurant and most of all Annett at the bar and lounge areas.
We had a lovely stay at the Josl - its in a fab location and the staff are all lovely. The spa facilities and views are amazing and extensive for a relatively small hotel. The only downside is the bar (reception area) which is a little lacking in atmosphere and can be draughty and cold. The rest of the hotel especially the dining area can be a bit too warm. The boot room is small and out of date with only a few steel benches and no underfloor heating or mats to allow water to drain away. Dinner was great and breakfast buffet amazing. Overall we liked it with positives outweighing negatives.
