It was really a great experience these days in Hirsch. the room is comfortable and clean. the breakfast tastes really delicious, even the best (fit my taste) of all four hotels I have experienced in this trip. kind and caring service always relieves the tiredness of the trip. Besides, the process of check-in and check-out is totally simple and convenient.
Proposal:
1. Mugs are better when replaced with glass;
2. A bigger quilt would be nice;
3. The water temperature regulation of the washbasin is not very stable;

La personne au check-in très sympathique et professionnelle.
Petit soucis au restaurant, une seule assiette nous avait été servie au lieu de deux, problème de compréhension de langue de la serveuse, mais résolu rapidement.
Dommage pas de carte de menu en français.
The ladies in the breakfast area were always wonderful! They need a raise!
Room clean and comfortable, excellent shower. Good breaksfast and very friendly staff. Would happily stay again when in the area.
