impression is not comfortable, used and damaged scratched furniture, bed-mattress quite unhealthy (used) should be replaced, toilette not straight anymore, slippers in the room missing, welcome chocolate looked old not "fresh" ... all in all cold, old, used atmoshpere.
Breakfast room was nice with a traditional atmoshpere.
Due to the cold weather the radiators generated disturbing noice during night time
just stayed there for 1 night and it was convienvent for me as the hotel is in the walking distance to my company office.

It was really a great experience these days in Hirsch. the room is comfortable and clean. the breakfast tastes really delicious, even the best (fit my taste) of all four hotels I have experienced in this trip. kind and caring service always relieves the tiredness of the trip. Besides, the process of check-in and check-out is totally simple and convenient.
Proposal:
1. Mugs are better when replaced with glass;
2. A bigger quilt would be nice;
3. The water temperature regulation of the washbasin is not very stable;
