very friendly staff, very nice stay
The term 'superior' is definetely in place as both quality of the hotel as the service mind of the staff is very high.
No task to big, no question too difficult.
An early arrival and late departure was no issue and staff assisted us in storing and facilities.
Breakfast and diner service were very good and staff very friendly.
Relax and pool area are of high quality and very much enjoyable.
Only downside, the internet connections was poor, even the in-room TV set had issues with connections. Something to improve.
Staff was wonderful, we especially enjoyed our server, Daniel, and the staff at the front desk and dining areas. We had wonderful massages too. Food and beverages were delicious!! Everyone was very friendly and our stay was wonderful!
our stay was wonderful! The staff provided amazing top-level hospitality and made our family feel so comfortable and taken care of. Thanks for such a great trip!
