Everything was perfect especially the service provided by the staff and the quality of the food in the restaurant
The hotel was just perfection! Beautifully renovated, it was welcoming, calm, scrupulously clean and we felt immediately welcome. I travel a lot with work (and we travel a lot as a family), mostly to 5 star hotels, and Gurglhof is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The service is what sets it apart - it is exceptional.
Perfect hotel, very clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner are so delicious and complete. Close to slopes.
Nothing negative at all to say about our stay at the Gurglehof, it was perfect! It started on our arrival with a personal introduction to the hotel and it's services from Nora (not had this at a ski hotel before) and the great service continued from her and the other staff throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble from the reception staff to the cleaners you would see around the hotel. Daniel in the restaurant made sure he took very good care of us all and although our party had booked separately he managed to sort us out with a lovely table for 8 in the restaurant and nothing was too much trouble. And no complaints about the restaurant and the food, it was excellent. Safe to say we are all booking to return next year.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel thank you, the location was very good our check in was brilliant Nora couldn’t have been more helpful. The quality of the food was very good with a large selection and we were given a table to accommodate our party. Daniel looked after us from start to finish every day and nothing was too much trouble even on our very early start when we left yesterday he looked after us even though the restaurant wasn’t open. Our room was lovely and was cleaned to perfection every day. The whole hotel offered everything and exceeded our expectations expectations we are coming back next year
