Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff are brilliant and food is amazing. Can't wait to go back!
I did a booking for us two couples and we got two totally different rooms which is unacceptable.
Room 318 is not what you describe as a Double Room Superior! And very different from the other room 404! There was nowhere to sit in 318 but the bed for one thing! The fact that you put us with ONE BOOKING at different floor and in different status of rooms made the total experience BAD. We did tell you but you even then did nothing change it or compensate it!
The reception was quite chaotic, but the guy that took care of the car was very helpfull! The crew very friendly, the hotel and rooms clean, the food very good. The room was however very small but we were happy to get an upgrade after three days to a very big room 308, for free! The accomodation was perfect.
We had a very nice stay at Hotel Gurglhof. The food, both for breakfast and evening, was superb and the personnel were always nice, helpful and attentive.
We had a really great time staying with you - everything worked out perfectly, from check-in to check-out, and our kids also had the best time.
