Lovely stay made better by the staff. Anita and Andras were great. The whole staff were interested and attentive. The place was very clean. The pool was fantastic and more adult friendly. Great location.
A great hotel with fantastic service, food and facilities in an ideal location
We had a great ski stay the hotel servis exelant. Beautiful great place and exelant food. Beds are relativly short for my high. Swiming pool had chlorine i was hoping for other.
We very much enjoyed our 9 night stay at the hotel, but have deducted one star for the issue that led us to request a change of rooms after three nights, and remained something of an issue in our second room - namely the transfer of smoke from neighbouring rooms, which permeated the whole room, including the toilet at times. It seems that a lot of guests smoke on their balconies and we concluded that the design of the hotel leads that smoke to be drawn into adjacent rooms, which for non-smokers is not pleasant.
