I only had one problem during my stay. One day at night I needed my car and there was no staff to help me. This happened during the hours in which it is offered. I had to cancel a dinner reservation. In case of an emergency what would have happened?

The staff were incredibly friendly - especially our waitress - and we felt very well looked after. Toni was also great with the kids!
Location is superbe, service very good, we appreciate the change room when leaving late afternoon, good wellness, very attractive afternoon buffet, good barman, super beautiful rooms.
The hotel location and facilities are fantastic but more importantly all of the staff were really friendly and helpful and made my stay fantastic
