Beau, propre, luxueux et accueillant ! Très beau séjour passé dans cette endroit et dans la magnifique ville de Zurich !
Smell of cigar. Not acceptable, I paid, left hôtel at 12h. And at 20h the took 200CHF on my credit card wiyhout advise me of anything, they said because smell of cigarette, but we are not smoking!!!. They said they cannot rent the room but at midnight remain 9 rooms. Liyers and theeves. Unacceptable!!! We did not take breakfast and we did not even ask for refund. And they decided anyway to maintain this overcharge amount Aof 200CHF. Crazy situation. First time happen in a 4 or 5 star hôtel, it should not exist.
Tout est top sauf le bruit de la rue. Nous avions une chambre où la climatisation était défectueuse dommage.
