From the time we arrived at the check in desk early in the morning (07:00), the duration of our stay and till we checked out it was a pleasure to be in this hotel. Mr Barbosa at Check In, Antonio our porter, Peter & Antje in the restaurant and all other staff were simply fantastic. Friendly and professional.

Very good stage there and polite service from all the people working there, specially Mario at reception, taxi driver André , also the person in Restaurant at breakfast very kindly at polite, thank you for all of you

+ Alles in Ordnung und wirklich feiner Aufenthalt, mit sehr freundliches Personal. +/- Beim Zimmerservice wurde nur für eine Person vorbereitet, wir waren aber 2, sonst sehr sauber. - Unsere Tisch-Reservierung im Restaurant "Glogge-Eck" hat leider nur sehr mangelhaft funktioniert, trotz langer Ankündigung in Voraus. Die tolle Bedienung (Markus ?) beim Abendessen hat uns aber wieder einmal beeindruckt !
