We only spent one night and didn’t get to experience the entire range of services. However our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and made us feel welcomed. Great location in the old town.

We had an excellent stay at your hotel. The gentleman at check in was so courteous and kind. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent as well- we enjoyed walking to dinner and to sightsee. Will definitely stay here again if we are so lucky to return to Zurich!
