I did not feel the hotel was the quality of a typical 4 star hotel. I have stayed in much better 4 star hotels.

Too few vegetables for breakfast.
For a business trip the rooms with open bathrooms are not so appropriate. If the client books a twin room, it's clear you should provide a room with some intimacy. So, not an open bathroom. On the other hand, next time when I will come with my girlfriend to Zurich I will ask specifically one of those rooms. :))
