I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, and I think the front desk staff is very helpful. However, I also think that your a bit short-staffed in general. The one think I definitely do immediately is to remove all plastic plants. A hotel such as the Glockenhof should not have plastic plants.
The affection and friendliness of the staff, as well as the comfort and location of the hotel justify the value for money.

I thought the hotel staff had difficulty communicating between shifts as to our reservation. We booked one night independently and were part of a tour but received a call telling us we should have checked out. The hotel staff acknowledged its error, but that call was disconcerting and we did not appreciate it.
