Stay was ok. Some staff were happy and helpful, several members of staff were grumpy and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Breakfast could be much better, bread rolls and croissants were stale.

Very nice hotel and centrally located to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great for families. Can't wait to return.
The minute we stepped into the hotel, we felt very welcomed. The staff and the concierge were all so helpful and so accomodating.
The concierge/s anticipated all our needs that we did not even have to ask or remind them.
The facimities were great, room was spacious and very clean and modern.
Hotel was at an excellent location.
Breakfast buffet was good.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and O would stay again if I came back to Zurich.
Great location, variety for breakfast and excellent service.
