First, the people were fantastic at every turn. Very responsive, kind, and customer focused. It is the little things that matter, like the gentleman who saw me coming out of my room and pressed the elevator button for me as he passed the elevator. The room was very clean and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

Your hotel staff are very attentive and the hotel looks and feels great. The room set up was very nicely done and you took care of the kids space which we appreciated. The only down side and sorry for us it made the nights sleep horrendous is the pillows. They were dreadful and effected our sleep. I didnt sleep all night do to the fact that the pillow were so bad. It affected our stay alot.

The room was not heated at all. I arrived quite late, there was not explanation how to make the heating working and it was super cold night. It was fixed only in the morning, when i waked up and called the reception
