By far the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!! We stayed in a 4-star hotel in Paris October 2024 and it was nice, but your hotel and friendly staff is superb, far better than our Paris experience. As an American we appreciated the thoughtfulness of face clothes in the bathroom for bathing. We have to travel prepared for them not to be any when traveling in Europe. Thank you. Your room was more spacious than expected and was a delight. We traveled in a party of 18 and I heard the same compliments from most of our group. The evening room check was appreciated and showed that you did not just check us in and forget us during our short stay. All our group delighted in the outside courtyard festive relaxing area with the Christmas trees, warm heater and yummy snacks. It seems to me you thought of everything. Thank you, thank you. Our 2 nights there was a sure respite before facing a long 24 hours of travel home to the US. Your hotel is perfectly situated in what must be the heart of the shopping of Zurich which is wonderful for last minute items to take home. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in a triple room with a balcony. Location was perfect! The front desk was very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The shower and separate tub were nice awa a door to the toilet for privacy. We enjoyed a good breakfast each day and also took advantage of the onsite restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel! The entire property was spotless, and the the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and truly went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight each morning - a delicious, well-rounded selection with something for everyone. We also loved the onsite pop-up restaurant; the food was fresh, creative, and a great added perk. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'd happily stay here again.
