I thought the hotel staff had difficulty communicating between shifts as to our reservation. We booked one night independently and were part of a tour but received a call telling us we should have checked out. The hotel staff acknowledged its error, but that call was disconcerting and we did not appreciate it.

Nice clean rooms and helpful staff. Very good breakfast when eating there but very bad when needed to take it with you in a breakfast bag..
