Clean and nice large rooms. The bed is good to sleep in, not too hard. Good breakfast and very nice and cozy back garden. Restaurant that serves very good food. Pleasant hotel staff. The hotel is very ideally located, short walking distance to everything.
Very pleased with the hotel. Large comfortable room. Much more affordable that where we have usually stayed in Zurich and the location is great. Service was excellent and the breakfast very good
We have only one less positive comment: the floor in the shower is slippery, and one of us in fact almost slipped getting out the shower (we are both older). We strongly suggest the hotel provide a shower mat or some such thing that could be put on the floor of the shower. Everything else about the bathroom by the way, and indeed the shower itself other than the slick floor, was excellent
It was a beautifully maintained and clean hotel, with friendly staff.
The hotel is clean and quiet. I am pleased with the room service.
Not recommended. Truly baffling set up: bedding, lighting, bathroom. There may be better rooms elsewhere in the hotel, but 201 is exceptionally nasty.
