Overall hotel is well located, rooms clean, and service great. But a VERY big problem was that we booked the hotel ensuring it had air conditioning. And it was very clear for the 2 nights we were there that the A/C was NOT available or working. This is a very big problem when the rooms are 26C, and it is impossible to sleep. This should have been communicated to us prior to arrival, so we could have made other arrangements.

Welcoming and helpful, clean, comfortable beds, lovely rooms and bathroom, quiet yet centrally located, delicious breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I liked the room, the staff, the breakfast. The location is to isolate and if you arrive late at night nothing is open.
