We enjoyed our stay very much. The room (chic superior) was very comfortable, the service was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was rich and tasty.
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, and I think the front desk staff is very helpful. However, I also think that your a bit short-staffed in general. The one think I definitely do immediately is to remove all plastic plants. A hotel such as the Glockenhof should not have plastic plants.
The affection and friendliness of the staff, as well as the comfort and location of the hotel justify the value for money.
Very good quality for money.
