Your hotel staff are very attentive and the hotel looks and feels great. The room set up was very nicely done and you took care of the kids space which we appreciated. The only down side and sorry for us it made the nights sleep horrendous is the pillows. They were dreadful and effected our sleep. I didnt sleep all night do to the fact that the pillow were so bad. It affected our stay alot.

The room was not heated at all. I arrived quite late, there was not explanation how to make the heating working and it was super cold night. It was fixed only in the morning, when i waked up and called the reception

Very cozy , with a great sense of history and the Best location in town .

Excellent location. Breakfast was very good. Bed was ok. Do not like the glass doors to bathroom at all. No real privacy and wakes up others if using bathroom in evening. Staff pleasant. Overall good
