Very lovely hotel. Spacious room with very nice decor. Very comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor patio. Location in Zurich is excellent. Staff was helpful, punctual, and always kind. Excellent hotel.

Clean, historical, friendly staff willing to answer questions and speak English and help me speak German, downtown

Excellent service, was allowed early check in when room was available, rooms were cleaned early (during breakfast), turn down service very timely. Also I left my airpods when I checked out and they were happy to deliver these to my residence.
