I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 14-hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day.
Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel and have left a positive review on Trip.com!

I thought the hotel was very good, well located and service friendly and efficient. The only remark is that the bedside light switch is very far away from the bed. I moved the bed a bit and It helped. I also found that the light was very subdued and would have liked for a little more intensity. Otherwise, I am very happy with the stay and will try to stay at the Glockenhof on my next trip to Zurich.
Great location, spacious and clean room. The restaurant also offers good value for money.
It is a very nice hotel, clean, nice decoration, great location, and all the people were always very nice.
