I thought the hotel was very good, well located and service friendly and efficient. The only remark is that the bedside light switch is very far away from the bed. I moved the bed a bit and It helped. I also found that the light was very subdued and would have liked for a little more intensity. Otherwise, I am very happy with the stay and will try to stay at the Glockenhof on my next trip to Zurich.
Great location, spacious and clean room. The restaurant also offers good value for money.
It is a very nice hotel, clean, nice decoration, great location, and all the people were always very nice.
The room was ultra clean. I have stayed in zillions of hotels for business and leisure - I know what to look for to assess cleanliness. Well done housekeeping. Breakfast was superb, staff very helpful
Excellent hotel and location. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I found the staff to very friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times at Reception, Restaurant, Bar Housekeeping. Nothing was a problem. A very warm ambiance at the hotel. Hotel very assessable shops and departments stores in easy walking distance. Had a fabulous stay at the Hotel Glockenhof and hope to be back in Zurich.
