Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and was cleaned everyday. We liked the turn down service. The hotel is in an excellent location to access all of Zurich's sights and shopping.

The staff were outstanding--inviting and courteous. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. The room was lovely and spacious. We would come back!
