Great location. Nice rooms, well equipped. Most staff were friendly and helpful Check in was very late with room not available until 5pm. Bar was shut early when we returned from an event. Night porter was very helpful. Car parking worked seemlessly

Room was very nice and well kept up to date. I did not like the open window from bathroom to bedroom, even with curtain closed. Most disappointing is how late your breakfast hour was . Most North American and European hotels are 6am. And room service option is earlier but not in your case. However the takeaway bag was a nice option and thank you for that.
