Great location, great customer service, lovely room

disaster, your emplojee parked my car and left something switched on. after 2 days (when was time to go back home) the car was dead. your front desk employee refused to take responsability about it and I had to pay 211 € for the mechanic that came out. by the way he confirmed that the battery was law because there was something switched on for 2 days. i was expecting you to pay the mechanic and of course a discount for the inconvenient reated by your emplojees. I lost 3 hours and a very important apointment for my job that morning plus 211€. never saw a bad service like this and I can't understand how your employeed can hide in front of evidence. Luca

Family room was perfect for my family of four with older kids. Beautiful clean hotel and a great location The staff was very friendly Really appreciated the eggs for breakfast as I missed them in the last 10 days of being in Switzerland!
