Very good stage there and polite service from all the people working there, specially Mario at reception, taxi driver André , also the person in Restaurant at breakfast very kindly at polite, thank you for all of you

+ Alles in Ordnung und wirklich feiner Aufenthalt, mit sehr freundliches Personal. +/- Beim Zimmerservice wurde nur für eine Person vorbereitet, wir waren aber 2, sonst sehr sauber. - Unsere Tisch-Reservierung im Restaurant "Glogge-Eck" hat leider nur sehr mangelhaft funktioniert, trotz langer Ankündigung in Voraus. Die tolle Bedienung (Markus ?) beim Abendessen hat uns aber wieder einmal beeindruckt !

I have to highlight the hotel location, but above all the people who work everyday with the focus in the customer. Great hotel to spend some days in Zurich. The breakfast could have more itens. Ir os very frugal.
