I like the hotel a lot and I've been coming for many years. The thing I don't like is that smokers are often gathering at the hotel entrance in front and back of the building ( near the bar). These people can pretty loud when they've had a little too much to drink. Their voices wake me up, which I dislike. It would be nice if you could prohibit this after 11:00-11:30 at night.
