Great location Excellent food Amazing barman (Elia) and restaurant staff (Gerry, Davido and Santini) Nicole at front desk brilliant and helpful Hotel manager - extremely rude and when he arrived in our room because the radiator was leaking (not maintained) he said “va fan culu” which means “fuck you” - to his guests ??? Receptionist (bald man with beard) - completely unhelpful and dismissive (when Nicole solved our need for a taxi with one call) Lady manager - also rude and demanding about why we could not move back to room 217 at their convenience (when we had been awake since 5am with the leak)
