Room was nice and large. Bath tub was very nice as was the bathroom. Everything was great especially for an older hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was all friendly. Can't wait to see what it will be like after the upcoming remodel.
Lovely quiet hotel with great views and service. Very central and close to everything we needed.
Pleasant staff; wonderful food ; excellent wine. The only thing I felt a want of was a shoe-horn in my room.
The hotel is ok, but the interior of the rooms is not so good. You can't see on TV from the chairs and seats in the room that we stayed in, it was junior suite. In our room, the TV was so small that you couldn't see good on it from the bed. The pillows in the bed are way too big and thick. The restaurant was not as good as two years ago, with very little taste of the food. The breakfast was very good. We loved the spa, but in our culture, we don't like the naked people in it and we feel it very unsuitable. The massage therapist is perfect.
A very well run hotel. Good staff and quick responses to requests. Excellent food and service at dinner. Really good spa facilities. Breakfast arrangements were very poor and inefficient. There were long queues for everything and the location of the one coffee machine was ridiculous. You couldn’t move around it. Move all the coffee arrangements into the bar! The breakfast food was though very good.
