We have dogs in the past 50 years. On all our journeys we have never experienced such a warm welcome for our two dogs. We appreciated that we had a room in the renovated area. The hotel staff was very courteous. I also appreciated the fact that the receptionist recognized that my wife had her birthday the day before we arrived. She arranged a nicely decorated table in the restaurant. Also, the fact that daily the names of the staff at duty are announced in the elevator is unique as far as I know. In short excellent on all aspects.
I stayed here in 2018 with my triplet boys and my husband and his parents. I always remembered it and was so happy to come back! Beautiful location and excellent service
Rooms need to be refresh, cost- I have pay 50€ more then college in other room that was looking this same in this same Time
The receptionists are very humble and welcome. It impresses me so much! Moreover, they speak english very well :) Other staffs such as the lady who cleans, and the waiter & waitress in restaurant are super humble too. They always smile and ask if we need something. Super recommended for staying! The view near the hotel is also super pretty, you can enjoy a morning walk or sunset walk everyday ❤️
