My stay was good. The house was a very quiet one. Serene atmosphere and a good access to public transport around. My only issue is I believe you should clearly state in the invoice the exact day the tenant is supposed to vacate the premise to avoid any confusion. I was a victim of that I thought I was paying the rent per night. And on the invoice it only stated my rent in days as a range without emphasising that the stated last date is excluded. The housing provider has to be clear on this subject matter. Kind regards.
