Before you check in, they can't tell you the address at which you will be staying. They don't have the photos of your room.
At the room there is no soap or shampoo, and they refuse to provide it. We had to ask at the reception, which is 1 kilometre away from the room.
My wife had an allergic reaction to the pillow and they refused to give us the synthetic ones.
There is no kitchen in the building, there is not even a kettle at the room, so you can't even prepare some tea or heat water to take some medicine.
But they decided that a flat screen TV is more important than some soap and a kettle. Im actually surprised they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper, thanks.
I have travelled the world a lot and it is the first time I encounter such bad service. At 140 eur a day could you at least buy some soap for 2 eur and a kettle for 20 eur? I will try my best to tell other people to avoid this place.
Location good but the room was not so comfortable, mainly the beds.
The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable.
Extremely clean and uncomplicated accommodation in Munich.
