AC and Fridge necer got cold, no natter what settings i used. Ither than that, everything was good.
we like the loclation, wish you would sell bus tickets at your reception, so tourist ahd an easier time getting into town.. Trafik is not open on weekends and toursits would not know where to go.
check in was fast and friendly.
we had had trouble getting out of garage, so asked re coin, but would be good to ahve that pointed out to new people using your garage.

The duvets and pillows were really old and worn and lumpy.i had two single duvets.
After checking out, waiting for transfer lift i asked for coffee i was told I could only have black coffee or buy from the Cafe next door
The WiFi connection was very poor. I had to scan the QR code every time I entered the hotel (room), and the quality was very low.
I don't find inclusive to receive messages in German only, through Booking.com app. It was desturbing and time consuming.
The staff at the Reception was very friendly and helpfull ?
