Our room was large and pleasant and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. However we had booked a room for 3 people but no sleeping accommodation had been provided for the 3rd person - just a small sofa and no bedding. In addition there was only bedding for one person on the double bed. The hotel was able to quickly fix these problems but perhaps they should not have happened in the first place. Also the phone in the room did not work.

The hotel was exceptional; the staff was friendly, the rooms and bathroom were clean, the breakfast had a great variety.
