The hotel was exceptional; the staff was friendly, the rooms and bathroom were clean, the breakfast had a great variety.

Very nice hotel. Close to trams, bus and only 3kms from main train station. My main reason for choosing this hotel at first was for the sauna and steam bath. Only on the first day, the steam bath was not working. The poor receptionist came up three times to get it going but with no success. However, the next day it was working fine. One suggestion for the wellness center to either put signs that either bathing suits or towels are required in the rooms, or at least make the shower glass dividers frosted. People were showering and laying in the relaxing zone left no room to the imagination. Not all cultures are used to the open nudity. It was truely a shock and of course does not take away from the exceptional service of the hotel.

Although nice to be so close to supermarkets, the downside of this, every morning you have loud noise from Lidl downstairs unloading the trucks with supplies. So ruins a chance to sleep in.
