Room was adequate but extremely squeaky! The floor space and the bed creaked everywhere.
There was no English breakfast tea anywhere in the hotel and no little milks available for the room either. Also the tv randomly turned itself on in the night.
The breakfast was disappointing for hot vegetarian items, only scrambled egg, which was col, or hard boiled eggs. The pastries and cereal selection was good though.
I am staying at this hotel, staff is very pleasant, and professional, from the reception to the housekeeping. Always, when possible, I get a desired room, even an upgraded one if possible you can get for the same price - and that is very kind and loyalty-wise appreciated. BW app also works well with loyalty points. The premises are clean, the garage spacious, and the hotel is well positioned in the 3rd district, close to transportation, motorway, and public transport, and also within walking distance to the Vienna main square.
