Great staff and rooms are comfortable and in good location
I am staying at this hotel, staff is very pleasant, and professional, from the reception to the housekeeping. Always, when possible, I get a desired room, even an upgraded one if possible you can get for the same price - and that is very kind and loyalty-wise appreciated. BW app also works well with loyalty points. The premises are clean, the garage spacious, and the hotel is well positioned in the 3rd district, close to transportation, motorway, and public transport, and also within walking distance to the Vienna main square.
Pross: Relaxing, well maintained, warm place, clean linen, clean towels, good location, quick check in and check out, pleasant and helpful young female- receptionist on arrival, accommodating to my needs, overall pleasant stay, will recommend to others and will come back again
Cons: rubbish has not been removed from the room for 2 days, missing remote control
Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. It was serviced daily to a good standard BUT our drink and toiletries supplies were not replenished during our 5 day stay and we had to ask at reception when we needed more when those we brought from home ran out. We did purchase our own milk to keep in the room fridge.
There was a large building site next to the hotel which woke us at 6.30am each week day and worked on until dark.
