Poor cleaning of the room, poor conditions of the room and the windows blinders, housekeeping / hotel staff not prepared, extremely poor breakfast.

-The room upgrade we asked for was not according to our agreement per the confirmation, despite the explicit request I made. -The odor in the bathroom was really inconvenient. -The bath had no plug. -The blinders did not work. +Most of the staff was kind and responsive. +Breakfast was nice.
