First, my opinion is that the in 4 stars hotel must be included parking.
Second, the 4 stars hotel must have an employee to serve the customer. In our case was missing a towel in the room.
Employee was a redemption, was a bartender and everything else….
This is not serious! What do you think?
When you have ambition to be a 4 star hotel, you have to fit the requirements for that.

Service is not good, because you are trying to save the money from the employee, but in the end you are losing!!!
