First, my opinion is that the in 4 stars hotel must be included parking.
Second, the 4 stars hotel must have an employee to serve the customer. In our case was missing a towel in the room.
Employee was a redemption, was a bartender and everything else….
This is not serious! What do you think?
When you have ambition to be a 4 star hotel, you have to fit the requirements for that.

Service is not good, because you are trying to save the money from the employee, but in the end you are losing!!!

Excellent room cleaning policy. very clean hotel with very polite and friendly staff.
Very clean, warm, welcoming. Very pleasant staff, we were provided with useful information on the phone prior to booking. Excellent breakfast.
