Clean and tidy rooms, great staff, overall very good experience
We left the hotel Sunday morning, and the staff was very helpful and kind.Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable .The bathroom was clean too and had a nice cup of coffee in the room.The gentleman at the reception was very kind and we enjoyed to stay in the hotel.
First, my opinion is that the in 4 stars hotel must be included parking.
Second, the 4 stars hotel must have an employee to serve the customer. In our case was missing a towel in the room.
Employee was a redemption, was a bartender and everything else….
This is not serious! What do you think?
When you have ambition to be a 4 star hotel, you have to fit the requirements for that.
Is true?
Service is not good, because you are trying to save the money from the employee, but in the end you are losing!!!
