Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Nice and clean room and lounges. Good breakfast.

Great location and views but unfortunately the rooms, common areas and, in particular, the dining room are now very dated and in need of updating and redesigning. The breakfast is the usual range of items at German hotels but mostly lower quality products. It was also suprising to find there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which almost all European hotels now offer.
