Overall the hotel was good. We had a large room (the penthouse room 25) which was nice. However the internet did not work plus the lift stopped working on 2 occasions. There was no urgency to have these fixed by the hotel as since we were staying in an offsite location. We would have preferred to know about these problems first !!
