The hotel was lovely in a beautiful and quiet location. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was close and easy. Yes, there is no elevator/lift, as written in the hotel description when booking, but the staff carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. I travelled with my 90yr old mother and I myself have difficulty walking (disabled), but the hotel and area was totally worth the stairs. The hotel are willing to work with you if you ask to get a room on a lower floor. All the hotel was clean, room was lovely and comfortable. Food was fantastic. Two thumbs up, will be telling others about this hotel.
